What am I purchasing?
A digital artwork file and the personal-use license described on the product page and in the Terms.
How is the artwork delivered?
The production store will provide secure digital delivery after successful payment. The exact delivery method will be finalized before sales are enabled.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Not under the standard personal-use license. Commercial use, resale of the digital file, sublicensing and redistribution are prohibited unless OTW Drawings LLC grants written permission.
Are you affiliated with watch manufacturers?
No. On The Watch and OTW Drawings LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch manufacturer.
Are digital purchases refundable?
The final refund policy will be stated clearly in the Terms and at checkout before payments are enabled. Because digital files can be delivered immediately, refund rights may be limited after delivery, subject to applicable law.
