Digital Products

Products offered through On The Watch are digital artwork files unless a product page expressly states otherwise. No physical watch or other physical product is included with a digital-art purchase.

License

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the purchased digital artwork for personal use. Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with OTW Drawings LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Restrictions

Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for commercial use, mint as an NFT, use for merchandise, or otherwise commercially exploit the digital file without prior written permission.

Digital Delivery and Refunds

Delivery details and any refund limitations will be disclosed at checkout. The final policy should account for the immediate and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital products while preserving any rights required by applicable law.

Trademarks and Third Parties

On The Watch is an independent brand. References to third-party watch brands, if any, are for descriptive or artistic context only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
